Can products carry my brand?

Yes — private label and custom printing are available on bulk orders. Tell us what you need and we will work out the details.

Can the packaging be customised?

Do you support OEM / ODM?

We can source to your specification and work from your artwork or samples. Send the details with your inquiry and we will confirm what the factory can do.

Samples & quality

Can I get samples before ordering?

How do you control quality?

Every batch is checked before it ships, so what you order is what you get. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request.

What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us with photos of the goods and the packing, plus your order number, and we will take it from there. Our Refund & Returns policy explains the process.

Shipping & delivery

How long does production and shipping take?

Standard orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment. Bulk or custom orders vary — we confirm lead times with your quote.
